But just as in California, the Attorney General has every right to not defend laws that are unconstitutional and therefore illegal. Maybe you should run for Attorney General (I doubt you even have the qualifications). Our US Constitution ensures “equal protection under the law.” That’s the 14th Amendment. It is not equal to create a second class of citizenship. Period.
